  • सन 1991 में आज ही के दिन इटली के आलप्स पर्वतों के बीच बर्फ में पड़ा हुआ प्राकृतिक ममी मिला। यह करीब 5000 साल पुराना था।
  • v1952 में आज ही के दिन हॉलीवुड फिल्मों के स्टार चार्ली चैपलिन को अमेरिका वापस आने से रोक दिया गया।
  • सन 1965 में आज ही के दिन अंतरिक्ष में जाने वाले भारतीय मूल की दूसरी महिला सुनीता विलियम्स का जन्म हुआ।
